This 1952 house in Beckenham was covered by an old style carpet backing material and was stuck with an adhesive to the Jarrah floorboards. It was so stuck on that it took 3 sanding disks to get the material off.
In one day the floor was sanded back to the original jarrah floorboards and 3 coats were applied using a high speed catalyst agent that dries each coat in an hour. By the end of the day it went from unusable to beautiful.
One day ONLY to restore the whole house, which included 3 bedrooms, a hall and a lounge room.
